: Combining the contents of several portfolios into one, causes the same stock to be represented several times. In prior versions a sign would come up saying that the program was updating several instances of this stock. That does not happen in this version and as a result only one instance of the stock gets updated. What can I do? Has something changed?

How did you combine several portfolios into one? If you try to open the
same investment twice you will be warned when you open it. If you have
the same investment file opened multiple times and modify each one you
will get notified that only changes you made to the last copy will be saved.
In general this is bad to have multiple instances of the same investment
open. You can remove the extra ones from your portfolio. Nothing has
changed with respect to this.

Thanks,
Mark
