: You might also try completely exiting your firewall, just to see if this makes a difference. After you exit it, I'd suggest re-booting, and making sure it is not running at all after you re-boot, and then try retrieving. Sometimes those programs can be quite persistent.

Thanks for the response.
I turned off the firewall and then turned it on again and that seems to have fixed the problem.
