Vanguard Transaction Retrieve question

I created a sub-portfolio and named it Vanguard. I have five investments there. When I try to retrieve transactions, it asks for an account number. The problem is that Vanguard gives me a separate account number for each investment. There is no "master" account number. How can I retrieve all the trasactions for a sub-portfolio with this characteristic?
