: Mark, I included Market Browser in the fire wall and rebooted. Same problem. Thank you for you suggestions. I still need help. I blame alot on windows OS for alot of things because something changes and I don't feel responsible. Then I'm lost as to why and how to correct. Might add that I had upgraded just before the problem started.
