Hi Joe,

I'm pretty sure this is a firewall problem. Do you get the same error message when you use any of the quote servers? You can change the quote server under "Options / Internet Settings...". If you do keep getting this error, then somehow the firewall is really not off. Can you find the place in Norton to tell it which programs can access the internet?

You haven't upgraded to 8.x yet, so if you are using that, yes, you would need to buy an upgrade.
