Hi Gerry,

I apologize for not processing your order. Our secure server lost some data
due to the worm virus last weekend, and we never actually received your
order. It is working properly now. Could you please re-submit?

Also, we did not receive this e-mail from you to ?

The 48 hours does not exclude weekends, thanks for checking back.
