Upgrade

I received confirmation of my order to upgrade to version 6 on Saturday, with registration details to follow within 48 hours.
As nothing had come by yesterday I sent a message to , but as yet no response. Does the 48 hours exclude weekends?

Sorry for chasing but I have been away and cannot access Fund Manager.
