Hi Chris,
Thanks, I understand what you're looking for. You can do this a little
now with trendlines. You can start a trendline at one point, and as you
draw it, the %yield will be displayed in the status bar. You can also
later position your cursor over an endpoint of the trendline to see the
%yield.
We do plan on extending trendline's capabilities, such as being able to
drag their endpoints to reposition them.

To draw a trendline hold down Ctrl+Shift and click/drag your left mouse
button.
