Failure to Update Prices

Mark, I refer to my e-mails I have sent to you since 13/9 regarding Error: 11011
I have been in contact with my ISP and tried all their suggestions without success.
I have included proxy server details but then receive Error:11049
As mentioned before, a friend of mine using Fund Manager is having the same problem.Even when I try to Retrieve Update I get the same error message.
My last internet up-date was 10 Sept. Since then it has been manual update which is quite tedious.
I am a registered v4.00 and since I had this problem had to uninstal v4.0 and download v5.0. I would like to send you the update price
I have downloaded your "Retriving Prices from Internet" and "Quote Server Problems" and all is in order
Where do we go from here?
