: : Dear Mr. Beiley:

: : I entered several new funds in a portfolio but I am having a severe problem entering any prices between the initial date-initial price and today's date-today's price. How can it be done?. The internet option does not open the screen to tell it what dates do I want retrieved, and automatically will update today's prices for the very extensive contents of the portfolio.

: : Thank you for any suggestions!!!

Dear Mr. Bailey:

I am using the Historial Yahoo already and what I get is a rectangular window that does not ask for any imput, but automatically will update the day (5/24/2001) price information for all the components of the portfolio. When I try to isolate the individual fund, the same happens with that fund.

Sincerely,

Alfonso E. Sierra
: Hello aes,
: You can use a "historical" quote server to get the prices, or enter them
: manually. To use a historical quote server select one (like Yahoo (historical))
: from "Options/Internet Settings...". Then, when you do a retrieve it will
: prompt you for the date range to update. For an example of using this please
: see the online tutorial. It walks you through updating historical prices.

: Thanks,
: Mark
