: Dear Mr. Beiley:

: I entered several new funds in a portfolio but I am having a severe problem entering any prices between the initial date-initial price and today's date-today's price. How can it be done?. The internet option does not open the screen to tell it what dates do I want retrieved, and automatically will update today's prices for the very extensive contents of the portfolio.

: Thank you for any suggestions!!!

Hello aes,
You can use a "historical" quote server to get the prices, or enter them
manually. To use a historical quote server select one (like Yahoo (historical))
from "Options/Internet Settings...". Then, when you do a retrieve it will
prompt you for the date range to update. For an example of using this please
see the online tutorial. It walks you through updating historical prices.

Thanks,
Mark
