: : : I have just downloaded Professional V5 and wanted to monitor the daily trend of a stock in real time. Although I see the price changing when the internet site is accessed, I do not see any graphics. I have set the date range for today. Am I doing something wrong?

: : : Thanks,

: : FM doesn't record intra-day prices ie prices are recorded by date, not date & time. Personally, I don't think FM would be useful for intra-day analysis. It's real benefit comes from being able to analyse and manage one or more portfolios over the medium to long term. Just my opinion!

: Thanks for the feedback, however with FMs existing features such as alerting, and automatic retrieve frequency, and now real time quotes it would seem to me that intra-day recording would be a snap. FM could plot based on time of retrieve. Intra-day data could be archived for a period and possibly be discarded later.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for your suggestion. This is something that we could consider adding
for a future version. Maybe a new "Intraday" graph type, with prices plotted at the interval that you have your auto-retrieve set at.

Thanks,
Mark
