: Mark, Big trouble! My computer recently went through a major upgrade (not by choice) which caused me to lose a program or two. Fortunately, I regularly backup FM, and it appeared that FM was not lost. However, when I tried to open FM it was not set up as I left it before the upgrade. I thought I would just be able to use my CD-backup, open the program, and hit "restore", but this didn't work as smoothly as I had hoped. When I went to try to perform an internet retrieval, I kept getting error messages. ? I need to re-download the program to reinstall? Do I need to "restore" with FM open or restore to "my data"? Help! Thanks.

The upgrade probably caused you to lose some of the information FM stores
in the registry. Just download and re-install FM right over your current
installation to re-set up everything.

Thanks,
Mark
