Backing up Portfolio to a disk

Mark, I just recently converted to Fundmanger 4.0 and I am having trouble backing up my portfolio to a disk. I have approx. 145 investments in my main portfolio. Each time I try to backup the entire portfolio to a disk, I continue to get a message that FM could not copy an investment. When I used previous version of FM I've never encountered this problem. Could you provide me with some assistance. Jerry
