Import S&P and DOW

I am just trying the product and like it very much but have some questions.

I can import prices using AOL download from my portfolio, but I don't know how to import the S&P and DOW. I can't get them into the AOL portfolio format.

Also, to delete the companies that came with the download FM, I get into portfolio, but can't find the investment stack so I can use File to Close Top.
