What to do when I sell ?

Hello !

I would like to have your suggestions on what to do
when I sell all the shares of a stock I own...

I sold all my shares and I don't really know how to deal
with that with Fund Manager... Should I simply delete my investment from my portfolio ? Or record a 100% sell and
leave the investment in my portfolio ? HELP !!!
