: : I've downloaded historical prices in the past. Recently
: : started tracking indexes and I was able to load into
: : FM the DJ30 historical prices. But with the SP_500
: : price file, I get the message 'could not update any
: : investments'. After reading previous messages, I did
: : download the most current version 3.4.115.

: : Any ideas? Thanks

: : Pat

: Pat,
: Which symbol are you using for the S&P 500? If
: you use Yahoo's symbol of ^SPC the historical
: retrieve will work fine.

: Thanks,
: Mark

Yes - that's the symbol I've been using to pull in
the current prices every day. Trying to update by
using Edit/Update price/Import..Fund Manager. Then
select SP_500.dat and click on Import.
Any other settings that make a difference?
And I've tried setting up a new investment.

Thanks, Pat
