: Mark, I think this may be part of the problem, I checked all transactions for this symbol and found that on 1/4/06 I recorded a Dividend of 60 shares at $14.670 each, paid on 12/29/05, the transaction was recorded, and that is exactly what the price/share is recording now between downloads, almost like it reverts to that value.
: Interesting.

Hi David,

I suspect you're on the right track here... When you record a transaction in FM, if there isn't already a closing price recorded on that date, FM will use the price of the transaction for a closing price on that date. I believe you said you had a price recorded on 12/30/2006 (not 2005) of $14.67, right? Is it possible you recorded a transaction on 12/30/2006? Maybe you meant to record it for 2005, but accidentally used 2006, and then later edited it? If you ever recorded any transaction on this 12/30/2006 date, that would cause a closing price to be recorded. Since 12/30/2006 is a Saturday, you'll never get an updated price from Yahoo that overwrites this.

Thanks,
Mark
