Hi Bob,

There is an upgrade fee required for the 8.x versions. If you've already upgraded or purchased any 8.x version, then you are licensed for all the 8.x releases. Please see:

Also, if you are currently licensed for an older version, and didn't receive an email about the new release, this means we probably don't have your email on file. Could you go to the "Mailing List" link on the left hand side of any page, and add your current email to our mailing list?
