Mark,

Yields are set to "Revinvested Distributions" and the "Annualize Yields" checkbox is checked. The 1y figure is 7.83 whether the checkbox is checked or not. It'd be great if you could look at my file as getting the right returns are pretty important to me. What address should I send it to?

: What yield type are you calculating above the graphs? See "Options / Yields". If you are calculating ROI, do you have any transactions recorded in the yield term?

: You can also check to see if your yields are being annualized or not. For the 'gph' yield if it is for about 8 months, and you are annualizing it, it will be higher than just the 8 month non-annualized yield. See "Options / Preferences / Yields".
