How are you determining the prices didn't update?
Please see the previous message. I didn't phrase the answer clearly.

: In order to view the quote server status using an older version like this, you would need to turn on the option: "Options / Internet Settings... / Proxy Server / Use Windows Settings".
I don't see anything like "Proxy Server / Use Windows Settings" in "Options / Internet Settings", though there is a "Connect through Proxy Server" checkbox, and some associated fields. Could you please write full instructions as to how to get to "Use Windows Settings"?
