yahoo adjusted historical

i am currently testing out fund mangager. i have been reading this board for advice and i think it's great. thanks!

here's my question, probably the first of several. i have a portfolio of mutual funds. if i use yahoo adjusted historical quotes, then am i to understand that i do not have to enter distributions or dividends manually?

with yahoo adjusted historical quotes, it's all baked in, and i can compare the performance of my portfolio to, say, the s&p500, am i correct?
