Cannot retieve prices from internet

I just downloaded my old 4.7 version of Fund Manager to my new Laptop computer. When I try to update prices from the internet, it seems to start the update and then I get the message "could not update investments". I tried to update my version of Fund Manager but I cannot find anything available. When I test out the retrieving status from Fund Manager home page, a dialog box with Internet Quote/Pager Server Status comes up but it does not show anyjthing. I hope you can help.
