Hi KC,

To verify the commissions, are you looking in the Data Register under the data type "Investments (all)"? If so, would you be able to email this OFX file to me? I will import it here, and see if I can't see the problem. To get our email address please fill out the email contact form with any short message, and then you'll see our direct email, for sending an attachment.

Is the option quote in question available on another site, like cboe.com? If so, what is the ticker symbol?
