More setup questions

I now have all my investments setup, individual stock issues are updating prices and transactions are downloaded from their respective brokerage accounts.
I have about 20 mutual funds and these are in a sub-portfolio in my overall investment hierarcy and also in another portfolio that is seperate but indentical to the sub-portfolio.
The mutual fund prices updated OK from the default links but now I want to be able to download transactions for each fund. It appears that I will have to set each mutual fund company as a portfolio or sub -portfolio to be able to have seperate links to each fund for this data?
