Portfolio Editor sub-portfolio list

When I minmized the Portfolio Editor window & then used the mouse to resize the window the sub-portfolio (left side) disappeared along with the "double bar" mouse pointer. All I can accomplish now is to resize the window but can't renable the left side of the Portfolio Editor window.

Still using Win98 SR2. Thanks John
