: Yes, you would want to use "sub-portfolios". You would have everything in just a single portfolio file (*.mm4), and organize your accounts into sub-portfolios. Sub-portfolios can be hierarchical, and as deep as you need. You can graph or report on any level in this hierarchy, and when you graph/report at a particular level it includes everything beneath that level, all the way down.
