There isn't anything new yet, but we may be able to do something in a major new release. I'm thinking that an option to choose which cash account to use for a particular transaction would be a helpful option here. I am hesitant to add this option as a default for all investments, as it would clutter up the transaction dialogs, and I suspect that 95% of the users would not need this. It may be something you could turn on for each investment if you chose to do so... I can't promise any new features, but this would seem to be the best solution at this point.
