"Locking" Subportfolio Data During Transaction Retrievals

Data from the Open Financial Exchange is sometimes inaccurate. As a consequence, one frustration of retrieving transaction data is that I'll have a subportfolio finely tuned, and then, when additional data is retrieved over OFX, the previously hand-tuned subportfolio is rendered inaccurate once again. So, is there a way to lock previously entered data? I know it is possible to retrieve data only between 2 specific dates for subportfolios, but I'd like to download data for an entire list of subportfolios AT ONCE, and date-specific retrievals aren't especially helpful in this context.
