: Yes, this is correct. An "investment" is any given stock, mutual fund, etc. For example, "Intel" would count as one investment. You can have an unlimited number of transactions in each investment. The investment limit is for the whole portfolio file (*.mm4), not for each sub-portfolio.

So I could have 2 portfolio files (*.mm4) each with 500 investments. If an Investment is "closed" does this no longer count as an investment (or do you have to delete it from the my_data file too ?) Presumably if (and when) I get to 500 invetments it is quite straight forward to upgrade to the next level ?
