International Stock Listing

Hi,

I have been unable to set up/track an international stock based on the documentation provided. Here are my questions -

1) After setting up the foreign currency, how do you get it to refresh. If I click on it and try 'Retrieve Prices', I get an error.

2) After creating the stock w/ the appropriate currency, on trying to retrieve prices, I get an update error.

Can you pls advise on how I can fix these or point me to where in the documentation I can find the procedure to manage and start new international stock.
