Hi Willis,

I would guess that you have your auto-backup folder located within the "Program Files" path, and you have UAC turned on in Vista (this is the default). In this case, Fund Manager will not have permission to write to files within this folder. You can change your auto-backup folder to be outside of the Program Files path, like in the "My Documents" path somewhere. Change this under "Options / Preferences... / Data".
