: : Just upgraded to FM Pro 8.6. Now in all my custom reports where I list by Asset Type or Investment Goal (no subtotal), it lists all the unused Asset Types or Investment Goals (all the unused "User Defined XX").

: : Previously in 8.5, it would just list the Asset Types or Investment Goals that were in use for that particular report.

: : Is this a bug, or did I accidentally toggle some option?

: Hi Corey,

: I am not able to reproduce a problem here. 8.6 seems to work the same as 8.5. These empty lines are only removed if there is no meaningful data in any of the fields for that asset type or investment goal. Did you add some new fields to your custom report? Do any of the columns for these lines in question have data on them? If so, try removing that field from your custom report, and see if it doesn't eliminate those lines. If that doesn't fix it, please let me know which fields you have in your custom report, so I can try to reproduce the problem here.

: Thanks,
: Mark

Mark,

You are right - it is not all the fields that cause this problem. It is atleast the %Gain (between) field that does it. I tested a couple random fields and the report worked properly. Then I noted that in the Revision History that you changed the %gain field. And when I tried that field, I got the bug. I'm also using Year to date for the time.

Hope that helps. Thanks in advance.
