: You'll just want to copy all of your portfolio (*.mm4) and investment (*.dat) files from your old to your new computer. Copy them in the same relative location. For example, if they were all in one folder before, make sure they are still all in one folder on your new computer. Once you copy them to your new computer, just use "File / Open Portfolio..." and select the portfolio file (*.mm4) you were using before that you just copied over.

Mark,
I used your FM backup to back up my data. I am having problems restoring from FM backup. Will I be able my keep sub-portfolios?
