Banc of America Inv Serv retrieve

I am new to FM and am still trying it out. While I had no
trouble retrieving new transactions from Vanguard and
T Rowe Price, I am having trouble with our Banc of America
brokerage account. I keep getting an "Invalid User ID/PIN"
error.

I have written to BofA (as the message suggested), but does
anyone here know if one needs to request them to allow
downloads?
