: I have had some problems with the way downloaded transactions from Interactive Brokers are handled by Fund Manager. The OFX files from IB, treat futures positions as having 0 value and posting daily distributions based on daily P/L (this accurately reflects cash flow of holding futures positions). However, for both the cash and individual investment, Fund Manager treats all distributions as gains whether they were "Distributed Other from [investment here]" (gains) or "Distributed Account Fees from [investment here]" (losses). I manually changed these in the cash account, but the futures still show all daily distributions as positives, which makes following these investments useless. Is there a way to get Fund Manager to properly recognize these transactions?

Hi Luke,

Do you know how the distributions are showing in the OFX file? Maybe you can send me a sample, along with specifics on a particular transaction. For example, how is that transaction importing, and how would you like it to import?

For instructions on finding the log files, see to bottom of this page:

To get an email address where you can attach log files, fill out our contact form with any simple message, and then you will see a regular email address you can use.

Thanks,
Mark
