Hi Jim,

There are 2 different servers, there is one called "Ameritrade (legacy)", and another called "TD Ameritrade". Have you tried both of these? You can edit the associated broker for any given sub-portfolio. Go into the "Portfolio Editor", and right mouse click on a sub-portfolio, and choose "Properties... / Transaction Retrieve Settings...".
