Hi Steve,

Can you try entering your user ID into FM with and without the dashes to see if this makes a difference? Also, make sure you have transaction retrieve module 119, which is the latest. If it still does not work, and you can still retrieve with Money but not FM, please send me the log files from each Money and FM. Here are some links to instructions on how to create log files in each program:
