Portfolio costs

Mark,

I would like to know the best way of of handling the cost/fee for a portfolio of several stocks.

The fee is quarterly and assessed on the portfolio, not the stocks composing it. I won't have to deduct the fee from an associated cash account. Knowing what the fee amount is each quarter (it differs every quarters), I just want to be able to enter it in the best way in order to see what the portfolio GAIN is.
