Hi Haley,

It could due to a few different reasons:

1) Your date range on the graph is set too narrow, like to only 1 day. Use "View / Dates..." to fix.

2) Your vertical scale is set so the min equals the max. Use "View / Scale"

3) Maybe your data is really a flat line? For example, if you are looking at a cash account, and there haven't been any recorded distributions, this will be a flat line at $1.

FYI, there is also a keyboard shortcut "R" which will revert the graph date/scale to automatic.
