: : I just downloaded the software (I am using on Singapore Exchange)
: : I got 2 questions :

: : 1. Valuation Value (P&L)- Can the valuation value on the stock on the last price in include the expected commision fee? If not, it does not really calculate the net P&L.

: : 2. Is the system able to take auto calc buy/sell commission with custom programme to suit the singapore exchange?

: Hi Tan Yang Ming,

: 1) When Fund Manager calculates a profit or loss, like in the capital gains reports, it does include any commissions paid for both the buy and sell transactions.

: 2) Are you asking if FM can automatically determine your commission, based on input from an external program? If so, no, it can't. FM will record your commissions as they happen when you retrieve/import/enter your transactions.

: Thanks,
: Mark

- Not on the closed position but on the open position (not yet sold). I.e. the portfolio performance since the performance will calculate basis the settlement price only but does not include the estimated sale commission.

- Sorry, I got you confused. I mean is FM able to auto calc commission?
