Hi Charles,

I would suggest calling E*Trade, and asking them for your login details. They may be different than the login details you use to login to their web site. When talking with them, you may need to mention Quicken/MS Money, as Fund Manager uses the same method as those programs, but they may not have heard of Fund Manager.
