Change and % Change always zero

Hi Mark,
In the portfolio view I have added columns for Change and % Change however they always show a value of zero.
I have used historical price retrieve and made sure that I in fact have the daily prices for each investment going back at least 6 months or more.
If I run a report using any of the functions for 'Change', or Share Price, etc. the values in the report are correct.
My system clock is set correctly and has not needed to be changed or corrected. (GMT -5, Eastern US, Daylight Savings checked).
My System is Win XP Pro and is auto-updated frequently from Microsoft. My FM ver. is 8.3, Quote Module 374, Transaction Module 117. I don't really know if my Windows auto update has applied a patch for 2007 Daylight Savings time yet, but I don't suppose that should be a factor yet.
In the preferences I have tried different settings for Date Format and Prefer to use Open/High/Low without effect.
Can you make any suggestions for some setting I may have missed? Regards,
