ROI (btw) always annualizing

It appears that ROI (btw) always annualizes its yield, even when I have "Annualize Yields for Terms Less Than One Year" unchecked.

For example, I have a custom report for the year 2006 (1/1/06 to 12/31/06). For an investment that was purchased in November 06:

the %Gain (btw) and %Gain (end) are both 6.7% (sounds about right)
the %Gain-I (btw) is 6.5% (again, sounds about right)
the Roi (end) is 7.4% (so far, seams reasonable)
the Roi (btw) is 92% (huh?)

Is Fund Manager supposed to be doing this? I'm running 8.2.

Thanks and regards.
