: : In attempting to retrieve transactions from a mutual fund firm in which I have a "mutual fund" account and a "brokerage account" in which stocks are held, FM, will download all of the mutual fund data. but when I (in a sub-portfolio) attempt to retrieve the data from the separately numbered brokerage account, no transactions are shown to be imported? What am I doing wrong?

: Hi Sam,

: Do I understand correctly that this sub-portfolio for the broker account has its own separate account number? It should. If you've got the account number assigned correctly, and you don't get any errors when retrieving, you might also check the date range you're retrieving? Some brokers only keep transactions for 90 days or so. Have you had any transactions in the last 90 days? What if you use the New Portfolio Wizard to retrieve "Positions" for this account? Does that work? To try this, just use "File / New Portfolio Wizard..." and assign the transaction retrieve settings on the first page. After you press "Next" the first time, FM will ask you if you want to retrieve positions. Just say "yes", and see if you can get positions.

: Thanks,
: Mark

I tried your suggestion--no luck. I have had several transactions within the last 2 weeks. Sam.
