Installing version 4.2 means that my software is no longer registered

I was having a problem with Yahoo(UK), so I updated my registered copy of version 3.4 to version 4.2. This has solved the Yahoo (UK) problem, but now it shows that my software is not registered.
I have paid once for my registration, but have lost my details for registering the software.
I do not want to lose out on any benifets of the registered copy as I have already paid for the registration. Please help.
