Buy marker

On graphs "O-Nav", some graph buy markers have a green circle around the
red buy marker. And some of the graphs only have the red buy marker, without
the green circle.

I prefer the one that has the green circle around it, but up to now
have not been able to figure out to initiate it.

Does someone know how to make the green circle appear on these charts
around the red buy marker?
