Hi JD,

Can you please go into: "Edit/Internet Retrieve/Settings..." and double
check everything is correct, like your proxy settings if you are using one.

Next, use "Edit/Internet Retrieve/Prices" to make sure you are selecting
the right command. What happens when you do this? Do you see the dialog
box that shows the retrieve status? Do you get any messages?
