: Mark,
: I am a potential new user and am trying out FM6. I have set up a couple of portfolios and wanted to have them automatically updated. I found the command line arguments and set up a daily scheduled event for each portfilio with the /I /Q commands. Although this runs, it still stops for a date range input. What am I missing.

Hi Gene,

It sounds like you've got a historical quote server selected. Please
go into "Options/Internet Settings..." and select a "daily" quote server,
such as "Yahoo". If you have a historical quote server, you will get the
prompt for the date range to retrieve. The quote server is memorized as
part of your portfolio, so you'll want to do a "File/Save Portfolio" after
making the change.

If you already have a daily quote server selected as your default quote
server you may have an investment that is assigned to use a historical
quote server, instead of the default quote server. If this is the case,
see "Investment Properties.../Internet Retrieve".

Thanks,
Mark
