Mark: Greatly appreciate the fine work you have done to provide us with this fund management tool. My goal is to be able to update my various fund portfolio
files (each portfolio contains about 100 stocks - six portfolio directories
in all) on a hourly cycle; and using the alert system, notify me, when various
targets are obtained. I am have difficultly seeing how one might:
1. initiate the update sequence without having to manually accept the default
date profile; I assume one day update is the default.
2. Perform updates for more than one portfolio - like to have a list of the
directories, files, or whatever to denote what updates are needed.
3. When initiate these updates, in quite mode; i.e. I don't want to have to
be aware these updates are happening in the background. No interactive
input from me should be required to complete these background operations. Regards, Pat.
